"Why aren't I receiving my mail?"

1) It could have been deleted by DTS because its SPAM. 
2) DTS mail server may have reached its peak of 10k thus there's no room to store any more email messages on DTS email server. All needs to be done is that the sender to send you the email again and you may receive it the second time.
3) To many users have logged on to email server at once which the maximum number of users using the mail server at any time is two. Try again later you may be able to down load your mail next time.

"Why is access speeds so slow ?" 

Not any more due to the bandwidth upgrades to one of BT substations from 0.5k/ second to a staggering 2k/ second  to are 100 phone lines you should experience  improvements in speeds through out. For those users who are still unhappy about  DTS speeds DTS is glad to announce that the next bandwidth upgrade is planned for year 2006.

"Why do I get disconnected after 9 sec being online?"

DTS disconnects users so others can connect to the web. This guarantees a 100% connection rate for all users. It has been suggested by many users to increase the number of lines. DTS came to the conclusion this would be very expensive which would result in staggering increases of users subscription charges.
